We process your data in order to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, conclude and perform contracts, organise deliveries, maintain our business relationships, send our newsletter and ensure the secure operation of the website.

We only disclose your data to the extent necessary for the purposes stated, in particular to IT and hosting providers, logistics and transport companies, banks and payment service providers, fiduciaries and advisers, and to authorities where we are legally required to do so. We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. We retain business records and accounting vouchers for ten years in accordance with Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). We delete newsletter data after you unsubscribe. Server log files are generally deleted after a few weeks.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. These include, in particular, encrypted transmission of the website (HTTPS), access restrictions and regular data backups.
